Performance Lab: Golf Lab February 2, 9, 16, 23 | 1:00 – 2:15 pm | Forest Driving Range $200 per 4-week session Designed to elevate both your game and your physical performance, The Golf Lab is a 4-week development experience combining expert golf instruction with golf-specific fitness training. Led by Lori Tatum, Player Development Professional, and Lisa Stults, Certified Golf Fitness Specialist, this program is open to golfers of all skill levels and focuses on building mobility, stability, strength, and endurance while directly applying those gains to your swing and short game. The result is improved performance, greater efficiency, and reduced risk of injury - helping you enjoy the game longer and play it better. Weekly Training Focus: Week 1: Balance and Flexibility with Driver and Hybrid Instruction Includes PRGR and TrackMan readings, plus a complimentary Technogym checkup Week 2: Flexibility and Stability with Chipping and Putting Week 3: Stability and Strength with Iron Play Week 4: Strength and Endurance with Driver and Fairway Metals Each session includes: ✔ 30 minutes of golf-specific fitness training ✔ 45 minutes of on-range golf instruction immediately following the fitness session Registration Details: Space limited to the first 12 participants Attend one 4-week session or continue month to month Drop-in rate of $65 per day if the clinic is not full No make-up dates 48-hour email cancellation required prior to the first class of the month To cancel, email lisa.stults@invitedclubs.com

Divot Day
Divot Day 7 AM The Clubs of Kingwood Join us for Divot Day, a fun and rewarding morning of teamwork and community spirit! Members and staff will gather at 7 am in the Tavern to enjoy breakfast tacos before heading out to the golf course together to fill divots and help keep our course in top shape. This volunteer-style event is a great way to give back, enjoy camaraderie, and take pride in maintaining the beauty of our Club.

Deerwood Spring Fling Scramble
Deerwood Spring Fling Scramble Saturday, March 14 | 9 am Shotgun Start | Deerwood Club Shake off winter and spring into golf season with a fresh, fun twist on a classic scramble. The Deerwood Spring Fling Scramble is open to all Deerwood Members, including Associate Members, and is a joint DWGA and MGA event created to bring our entire golf community together. Teams will be randomly paired to encourage camaraderie and connection, with DWGA and MGA Members mixed throughout. No handicap is required, and spouses are welcome to sign up together. Whether you are new to Club events or a regular participant, this is a relaxed, social day of golf focused on fun first. What to Expect: • Open to all Deerwood Members, including Associate Members • Mixed teams featuring both DWGA and MGA Members (MGA Participation points will be given) • A lively, welcoming atmosphere with friendly competition • $15 entry fee per person, including: o One raffle ticket for prizes o One drink ticket (beer, wine, seltzer, or soda) o A taco to enjoy after the round This is a great opportunity to meet new playing partners, enjoy Deerwood’s beautiful course, and kick off the season with a fun, inclusive event we hope everyone will feel comfortable joining.
